Swimming Technique Program -
Swimming is a technique intensive sport with lots of different things an athlete can focus on. The adult Easy Speed technique development program breaks the sport down into the most basic components and builds the stroke step-by-step from the inside out.
Easy Speed Swimming is broken into 3 levels:
- Vessel Forming
- Stabilization + Mobilization
- Power Development
For 30 minutes each week, a coach will be in the water with you to develop the skills to move through the water with EASE and help you find free SPEED.
