EASY SPEED Swimming's focus is to develop proper swim technique among swimmers and triathletes to ensure injury free participation in the sports we love. Our initial focus is to make swimming as EASY as possible to save you energy. This is done through the concepts of hydrodynamic posture, balance, and body line. Using those concepts as a foundation, SPEED is developed through proper muscle engagement and bio-mechanical form based on an individuals range of motion.
